AGES is advancing the establishment of a Centre that connects professional learning with the realities of teaching in Tanzania. Its purpose is practical: strengthen the people who make education work.

A wider skills mission
Learning that reaches the workplace.
Alongside educator development, the Centre will pursue a secondary objective: supporting skills development for workers and professionals in collaboration with employers, corporates, manufacturers, sector institutions and professional bodies.
This will include practical short courses, professional development programmes and certification-linked training designed to strengthen workplace skills, productivity and employability.
